A festival t-shirt bar built for volume.

Festival and concert crowds want the merch and want it now. The shirt bar becomes part of the show — guests watch the print happen — but the whole thing lives or dies on throughput. That is where we build for speed.

Speed first

Keeping a festival line moving.

For big crowds on a single hero graphic, live screen printing is the workhorse — guests watch the pull, grab a fresh tee off the rack, and keep moving. We run multiple stations and stagger operators so the line stays short even during the after-set rush. When you want more than one design or personalization, a DTF station runs alongside for the full-color work.

The show factor

The bar is part of the entertainment.

A working print station draws a crowd on its own. People stop to watch the squeegee and the press, then get in line. It gives your activation a reason to exist beyond a table of pre-made shirts, and it produces a constant stream of your art walking the grounds all day.

Logistics

Built for the field.

We handle outdoor and tented setups, plan power with your production team, and stock deep on the popular sizes so you don't sell out of mediums by mid-afternoon. Multi-day festivals get a restock plan so day two starts fully loaded. Tell us the expected attendance and hours and we size crew and gear to match.

Straight answers

Festival bar questions

How do you keep the line fast at a festival?

For high volume we lean on live screen printing for a single graphic and run multiple stations with staggered operators. Extra crew hours keep lines short through peak rushes like right after a headliner.

Can you run outdoors or under a tent?

Yes. We set up in tented and outdoor footprints regularly and coordinate power and shade with your production team ahead of the event.

Will you run out of shirts?

We stock deep on popular sizes and, for multi-day events, build a restock plan so each day opens fully loaded. Your expected attendance drives how much depth we bring.
